Called him to set up a water delivery. At first would say yes he could do the job. Sent him all the info throughout a couple of days. As day of job started to come closer started to become unresponsive, ill call you back and would not. Then finally just stopped replying all together. Very unprofessional, if you don't want to do the job say so. Don't just string people along for a few days and stop replying.
