The first time around, they were great. Fixed my mower in 10 minutes. Later, I dropped it off again for what should have been a simple belt replacement. I called first, and they told me there was a waiting list but it would only be a few days. One week passed. I called. Nothing. Two weeks passed. Nothing. Three weeks passed, and a guy named Paul finally told me they had mowers that were 9 weeks behind and that they were "trying to help me out." Trying to help me out? Three weeks just to change a belt?
