Great company for 99% of the fence..then they ghosted me fir the final 1%. Just the latch that holds the gate in place. Seems strange to me too. I paid in full in cash, gave them cheese cake and food on breaks. I don't know why they suddenly decided to cut off communication with me

Our fence looks great but the customer service left something to be desired. We were quoted a price and once work began then we were told that they had miscalculated and the price went up over $500! They didn't do anything to make amends. We were basically told to get quotes elsewhere. We told them to go ahead with the work. Well we were asked to pay some of the money upfront so she could go get supplies. Then we had to pay another portion at the end of the day to make sure the crew got paid.
