I came in with previously black box-dyed hair over bleached hair which has turned pretty patchy. The owner was super sweet and honest on what was achieveable based on my hair history and what would look good. Throughout the whole process, she was sooo considerate with my hair, which I really appreciated and she also stayed extra just to make sure I walk out with perfect styled hair I got highlights and to be honest I didn’t expect my hair to turn out so even and pretty given the state that it was in.
