Horrible experience! I paid Clark $150 to show up and do a diagnostic. He then quoted me a price to fix the camper I told him to go ahead and do it. Three days later he emailed me and said that he mysteriously had no place to work on the camper so he was going to keep on looking for another place to find to work on it and it has now been a couple of months and several phone calls and no call back. Clark was amazing! I am a new RV owner and was a little nervous for my first trip. I was having some battery issues that I wanted checked out. Clark rearrange his schedule so he could accommodate my last minute request and help me get on the road asap! He was VERY timely and showed up with a great spirit and tons of RV knowledge! He helped me trouble shoot my battery problem and taught me how to get around the problem for my trip. He also checked all my tires and fluids to ensure I was ready for the road.
