Listen, Dr. Martinez (owner) is AMAZING , very humble, great bed side manners, & took immediate action when I had concerns with a cust service rep Leslie who was RUDE to me on a call. Im so happy I did not base my decision with this business on her behavior. BTW let me not forget to mention, Dr Martinez checked on me personally the next day, to make sure I was doing good after my 1st treatment.. I thought that was so amazing.. Zach, DPT, was supportive and very encouraging as he guided me through exercises that, of course hurt, but managed to make my ankle feel 95% better. I received one-to-one attention from him and enjoyed his positive attitude and sense of humor.
i love it there!! i went there for 3 weeks for an ankle injury and feel so much better!
