I sent an email for a vehicle inquiry and test drive for two weeks, but the sales team has never reached to me. After we directly went to the dealership. Staffs didn't greeted us for more than 45 minutes after, tried to talk to the reception and sales for other one hour on August 16. Quite disapponted since no body helped us. Our patience runs out. Good luck if you want to do business with them.

This dealership is 5 star across the board. I'm from Vancouver Island and had the pleasure of buying my new car from Jonathon G. Started with an email and ended with a day trip over to pick up my new ride. He was super accommodating and easy to talk to, he had the vehicle transferred from Kamloops and cleaned up in time for my trip over. I highly recommend giving him a call for all your Ford, Lincoln etc purchases... I visited this dealership to lease a Ford Bronco Sport, but unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The person assigned to assist us with the lease calculations and to explain the different trims was clearly inexperienced and had very limited knowledge about the vehicle and its available options. After spending nearly an hour with them, when we were finally ready to move forward with the deal, we were suddenly told that Ford does not lease to individuals with a work permit. I had a great experience with Ali at Cam Clark Ford & Lincoln. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and was very professional and respectful. I really appreciated the option to take a carwash coupon if I needed the truck back sooner — that kind of thoughtful service goes a long way. Thanks, Ali!
