This place is a joke, dropped truck off for engine light and they had it all day just for light to come back on before I even got truck back to work. The next day brought back and they said they needed it all day again, waited 45 minutes for their courtesy car just to find out that they were cramming 5 of us in the car and because of my location I was going to be last to be dropped off meaning it would be an estimated 1.5-2hr ride . It's was great. They were also most the time they said.
I did have a bad review for this place with an employee that no longer works there made the experience terrible. It was nice for the dealership themselves to reach out after hearing about my terrible experience offered some compensation things to help smooth things out. The Integrity of this dealership is what made me change my review .Krista you've always had a five-star review.
