Due to a difficult to diagnose issue with my 2023 F-150, my initial visit to Cam Clark Olds did not result in a resolution of the particular concern. Subsequent to my initial visit I was (without request) contacted directly by Justin Menard, General Manager of Cam Clark Olds. From the moment I spoke with Justin he was 100% focused on the resolution of my initial concern with the least amount of inconvenience to me. Excellent service and service reporting. Highly recommended. Very friendly and personable staff. The coffee is always ready when you drop off your vehicle.they service all makes of vehicles with the same excellence.
The staff at Cam Clark Ford (Olds) are remarkable!!! There was no pressure to buy anything or add anything on that we knew we didn't want. We really appreciated they way they listened and shared different features we weren't aware of. They were fun and easy to interact with. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking at vehicles.
