Car was in a rear end hit few years back and repaired through ICBC. Repairs took a very long time and quality of work was sub-par. On replaced parts, the paint it previously was can be seen in sunlight. The car is suppose to be black but body is still faintly blue (color of donor part). The hatch door edge is chipped and you can clearly see a masking line. This was my first ever accident so I was not sure if this is average workmanship. We took in our Escape for a small dent repair. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They did a quality repair. Service is excellent, as Jamie and Keith were very responsive and friendly. Turnaround time was phenomenal. We were also very pleased with the arrangements they made for getting us into a loaner car. Highly recommended!
