My experience with this Ford dealership was disappointing. Unfortunately, the finance department was unprofessional and lacked the necessary clarity and expertise. The sales team seemed focused solely on closing the deal rather than providing honest and effective guidance to the customer. Jamie, Mark, Yasmin and team made a stressful car repair feel easy with clear communication, fast service, and excellent workmanship. They were very informative of the whole process and communicated every step.
