Very, very satisfied with the work done by Joe yesterday, 12/9/22. He cleaned carpet in one room, 2 Lazy Boy chairs and 8 dining room chairs. They are sparkling cleaned now. Will use Joe service again and again and highly recommend him. Was here on time, he is very thorough, respectful.
I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of work I recieved. Carpets were not cleaned well at all and ended up crunchy like there was lots of product left on my carpet, so I ended up having to rent a carpet cleaner to clean the carpet in my bedrooms myself the day after I paid this company to clean them. I was shocked to see how dirty the water was after this company had just been here the day prior, the machine this company uses clearly must not work.
