I have had some very bad and painful experiences with dental work before and was dreading having to get a root canal. I'm so thankful my dentist recommended Dr. Calzonetti in Brantford! He took the time to address my concerns and, with his expertise, came up with a plan that suited me perfectly. Dr Andres Plazas-Garzon and the staff at the brantford location were wonderful. Very friendly and service was great. The Dr explained everything in advance since this was my first root canal. I get a little anxious going to the dentist but they put me at ease with their smiles and friendliness. The dr was very gentle and I felt absolutely zero pain. Would highly recommend this dentist and office.
The doctor and staff were very professional. The root canal was done quickly. The front office staff were kind and empathetic. Even though the freezing was a bit painful, as they all are, it was done as gently as possible. Thanks
I saw Dr. Calzonetti this week for a consultation with some issues I’m having with my teeth. As always, he’s excellent! Have had work done by him 2019 and 2020. Great then and still now. This office calls my home for appointment reminders for a person who doesn't reside in our home. My husband has repeatedly told them this and asked them to stop calling. Today it happened again and I once again told them to stop and was spoken to so rudely and then hung up on. This is a terrible reflection on this doctors office and the people who are the first impression for his practice. I have blocked the number.
