It’s been 12 years since Dr. Calzonetti performed a root canal on my front tooth following severe trauma to both front teeth. I was advised by many other specialists that both teeth would have to be removed and implants installed. I still have both my natural teeth today thanks to Dr. Calzonetti.
This was my first visit to Dr Calzonetti and Associates. The office staff were very friendly and looked after my insurance papers for me. Dr Calzonetti and his team made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my root canal. The doctor walked me through the procedure and followed up with pictures of my finished root canal. Hope I never need another root canal but I know where I’m going if I ever do. Thank you Doctor Kevin and assistants!
Office is clean, the appointment went well. Service was good. However the office does not pay attention to detail, they submitted my claim to the wrong insurance company even though I directly gave them my card to copy the information. As well they ask for payment upfront even though my insurance company said they can direct bill for the services provided. He is a great doctor if you are white born Canadian! Otherwise he doesn’t even need to inform you about your situation. My son lost his adult tooth because of him. I do not recommend
Had root canal done staff were very professional, friendly and supportive. Dr. Plazas-Garzon explained procedure and was as fast and painless as possible. I would recommend are from this office.
