The first day i started working no mask was provided. Only 2 breaks were provided on a job. Has a racial unbalance, mostly African - American, Spanish, Mediterranean cultures. I couldn't rely on professionalism of a manager talking about problem, fired instantly after i was told do something. Been over 3 hours to load a trailer,... if you value time reject this load.
Be on time. The shipping manager is a character, I liked him. He yells so be ready, he’s also dealing with a lot. He told an employee to go out and let the container truck know to pull in to dock number two. The employee agreed and then went back to his forklift. Turned out the employee didn’t comprehend as much English as desired. Even so, the manager didn’t lose his composure. He just went out and did it himself.
