Calypso Kitchen really knocked it out of the park for our graduation party this last weekend. Our guests raved about the food - and devoured every delicious morsel. It was the best jerk chicken I ever had - the chimi-churi, raw mango salsa and the cooked mango salsa was next level. And, on top of that - Sarah was so easy to work with. thank you calypso kitchen for making our special occasion, really special. I will definitely order again.
Calypso Kitchen is amazing. We had them cater our event. Sarah and her staff were great to work with and helpful in the planning process. The food arrived on time, piping hot and delicious. No one at the event had ever had Caribbean before, but the smell eliminated any doubt that it was tasty. The whole party loved the food and everyone took leftovers home. Calypso kitchen catered our wedding reception and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The food was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and met every kind of dietary need. Our guests raved about it all night long. Sarah was a delight to work with, easy to communicate with and is clearly very experienced in what she does. She and her staff helped make our celebration something extra special. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a caterer in Whatcom county!

Calypso Kitchen has been a family favorite for years. There really is nothing else like Sarah’s food in Whatcom County. I love everything on her menu, but my staples are the crunchy chickpeas, jerk chicken, roasted eggplant choka, coconut peas and rice, and pineapple chow.
