Too many horses on such a small property. Two hour turn out on dirt only. Rats everywhere, rat poop in water, significant amount of cobwebs and poorly cleaned stalls. Don't be fooled by the nice landscaping. Horses are able to get out of the property because there is an unsecured fence, location is not far from Ulmerton.

Keep in mind that I have never given a bad review against anyone and probably never will again as I understand things happen and that everyone has different ideas of right and wrong. I would most definitely NOT recommend this facility for lessons and/or boarding. Don't let first impressions fool you as the property initially might look nice and the staff might seem pleasant. Maybe no one can love my horses like I can but I’ve resolved myself to now believe others can care for them as well as, and in more recent years, if not better than me. Worthy of my highest praise is the staff at Calypso Bay Stables. I cannot day enough about this place. the facility is beautiful and well kept with a gorgeous barn and arena. the horses are very loved and well kept. their coats shine!! the atmosphere is quiet and very professional. the training is top notch. Judi is amazing at what she does and she truly loves the girls, the horses, and her job. i highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I can’t say enough about this barn. I’ve boarded a lot of places and this place has been an absolute blessing to have found. I have never questioned if my horses were fed, turned out or if they got enough carrots that night! (Lol) I wish more places upheld the amount of care for the horses and the property as this barn does!

We had the privilege of going to Calypso Bay Stables last weekend. Judy was such a pleasure to deal with and so accommodating- very professional. She had the Saturday Club girls stay and help and they were wonderful and very polite. The property is so well kept and beautiful and the horses are happy, clean and all have such unique personalities. Thank you, Calypso Bay, for making our Saturday one to remember. �����
