I have swollen ankles that are not from an underlying sinister cause but impair my mobility. I am a senior and mobility is central to living independently. My first experience with Calynda and reflexology was wonderful. Her gifted hands gently but firmly released inflammation. Calynda has given me hope! Hope that as my ankles heal, I will regain more mobility. I will see Calynda biweekly and look forward to healing and learning from her.
