I didn't actually use Calwest's services. According to the website they service and repair vernier calipers, but when I called to enquire about repairing a set of Mitutoyo digital vernier calipers, I was told they don't repair them and I should just throw them away and buy a new set. Why have a whole page on your website devoted to the repair of vernier calipers, and then tell customers you don't repair them?
