We are happy to post how helpful our sales person, Debbie was. She was responsive to our taste, and took the time to take us around the entire gallery to show a range of end tables. Our purchase was small but she treated us with respect. Her attitude alone will make us return again. Thank you Debbie!
We went to Calvin’s and found our perfect kitchen table set by Mavin. Bob however was a very typical salesman. Bob also told us it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. it was 10 and when I called to inquire, I was made to feel as though I was crazy to have expected it earlier. It was what I was told. Bob tried to sell us the fabric protection spray. It was expensive and we passed. Not a fan of chemicals. I wrote to Mavin and they said it was not necessary or recommended…it was pretreated. wow. We are very pleased with the furniture we bought from Calvin's. In our situation, we downsized from a 1940's individual room style home to a 21st century open space. What we bought from our old home wouldn't work - their style was not appropriate or they were too bulky. We had a great experience buying a new dining room set at Calvin’s. From the shopping and ordering process to the delivery, everything was smooth and easy and we are thrilled with our new furniture. We worked with Dave in the store and he was very patient and knowledgeable. They were accurate with the lead time (we were told 4-6 weeks and got a call after about 5), communicative when the furniture arrived and scheduled delivery for a few days after that.
