We had a great experience buying a new dining room set at Calvin’s. From the shopping and ordering process to the delivery, everything was smooth and easy and we are thrilled with our new furniture. We worked with Dave in the store and he was very patient and knowledgeable. They were accurate with the lead time (we were told 4-6 weeks and got a call after about 5), communicative when the furniture arrived and scheduled delivery for a few days after that. DO NOT buy from here!!! They will not back up their products after you purchase them! I just spent over $5k less than 2 months ago on a sofa and love seat that is supposed to have microsuede fabric on it. I don’t know what fabric this is but I have holes in several places from my cats just walking on it, not even scratching it. My previous set lasted over 10 years with no holes! Their answer is to keep my cats off the furniture and give me some of the same crappy fabric for free. This is completely unacceptable!!!!!!
I checked this store today. I could not afford anything here, even the sale prices are too high. Maybe this store is meant for the wealthy?
