UPDATE: I DROVE FROM SAN FRANCISCO TO HIS office and after the previous day's confirmation. UPON arrival we were greeted by an older women with a nasty demeanor who informed me and a new client I brought, she said they were unable to fit us in! When I voiced my disappointment she stated they would not be doing any work on us. i was shocked at the reckless disregard for the time znd money we spent traveling to arrive on time. I had an appointment today and when I showed up the doors were locked no sign or anything and it looked like there was no one in the office. I called the number and no one answered so I waited a little and I called again and no answer again but I was given an option for like an emergency number, I was able to get a hold of someone and she told me that apparently the office got closed early due to an emergency but no one bothered calling me to reschedule my appointment, I live all the way in Sparks. I have visited this office 3 times to have moles removed by Dr. Van Reken and I would recommend his services to anyone! Quick, pain free and affordable. I trusted him with a large mole on my face today because I was confident I would be left without any scarring just as I have experienced with the many others he has removed for me. I always feel welcome here, the staff is always nice and professional. Win in to midspot talked with the doctor told him. I wanted some moles removed on my face and some laser to smooth my face from a scar that I had. I was told it was going to be three hundred and seventy five dollars for the mole removal. I paid that day made the appointhen. I get a call a couple of days before the mole removal and said no. Your appointment's not this week it's Next week I Said I had 2 appointments so I thought I had been bumped up. I thought they had bumped me up.
