slow, unfriendly, and inconvenient. Had a breakdown near lynchburg not being local just accepted to tow company the sherif called. was told be the tow driver that the mechanic would look at it first thing Monday morning. Tuesday around noon we get a call that they don't know whats wrong but that his best guess is head gasket. Being a hobby mechanic (I've rebuilt engines not just oil changes) I asked some questions as to why he thought that. slow and unfriendly. Had a breakdown and ending up getting towed there, the mechanic took over a day to just "look" at it, didn't know what was wrong but quoted us for his "best guess". Being a hobby mechanic and not satisfied with his answers as to why he thought head gasket we decided to have it taken elsewhere. Trying to pay the wrecker fee over the phone as we are not local we were very surprised to be told they only accept cash. Cash only means no paper trail which is a red flag for illegal activity.
