I am updating my review due to a disappointing experience during my recent visit for PRP injections. I had an appointment scheduled for a follow-up with Dr. Cook to discuss my next PRP session. We booked my appointment for Sept 26th. I brought my dad with me for support, as the procedure makes me feel lightheaded. Upon entering the clinic, I noticed a lack of acknowledgment from the staff.
