Horrible experince after being insured by State Farm for years. The only employee at the office that was ever present anytime I called, named Erika used the term " playing games", in the most condescending and unprofessional tone imaginable, when I called to cancel my policy after I shopped with another company for insurance and found a cheaper rate.
