False advertising and bad customer service! I bought 4 "liquid touch" shirts at Calvin Klein, which turned out to be scratchy and itchy on the skin when it gets hot, as it does in Miami. Whereas the advertised term "liquid touch" obviously implies utmost comfort, as in water. CK adds insult to injury by refusing to refund me the 4 shirts, citing "oh you washed them" as their threadbare pretext. Wrong! If you sell a bad product that does not deliver on its promises you must take it back, no matter what.
Rude service. Save your headache and if you want CK, go to the one in Sunrise.
