Deserves -100 stars!! I was shocked to find out that the woman who treated us so poorly is actually the Store Manager. While looking at t-shirts, she approached us with a visible eye-roll and an audible 'Oh god' because one shirt became unfolded while we checked the size. She began folding the pile aggressively while we were still standing there, making us feel like a nuisance rather than customers. I will never will back to this store, I send my daughter to send me pictures of the clothes while I was working, and she was kicked out by the manger, he was so rude to her, she came crying… since when you are not allowed to take pictures? The worse!!! Horrible attitude towards a young girl.
Rude customer service. Bald head guy is very rude to customers. He just says nothing is available and you can leave if you can’t find anything.
One employee was incredibly rude to us.My daughter was sitting on a shelf and with no politeness he gestured to get up. Also she accidentally broke a tag and she said but just walked away with an attitude. Worst employee I ever met.
INSANELY rude and disrespectful employees (bald employee and a wrinkled woman cashier). Not only did I have my own unpleasant interaction with one, but I also listened to two other poor customer service conversations as well, I didn’t feel comfortable making my purchase and left. Looking at previous reviews, this location has a lot of work to do within their staff. Do better.
