I experienced excellent customer service at Calvin Klein from Matt. He was polite, listen to understand my needs and was tentative in helping me select the colors and sizes that fit me best. Typically I do not get the attention that Matt gave me and any store he made me feel as if I was appreciated to be a customer and wanted to help me in any way he possibly could.
