I had a horrible experience with this company. I reached out to this company, as our garage door opening system was giving us an error message. Our technician immediately diagnosed our old garage door opener as unusable and charged us $3k for a new one that did not work while he was here. When I discussed our concerns about how it wasn't working, the technician became belligerent, demanding on pay him via Venmo.
