For years I spent a fortune on scheduled jewelry coverage. When I had a small claim (with proof) the carrier rep accused me, my jeweler, and CEK of lying. This went on for months. CEK acknowledged the lies but responded by blocking my ability to communicate with the CEK claims manager and my agent. The insurance they sell is worth nothing when you need it.

My claim went on for months and still i got screwed. This company doesnt provide the insurance, they just put you in with dishonest insurers i would have never picked. The level of laziness was unbelievable and you wont find one old guy who can take accountability. Truly one of the most awful insurers.
