I had a very disappointing and disrespectful experience with GEICO. I called simply to ask about pricing, and instead of receiving helpful information, I was met with laughter and dishonesty. The representative actually laughed in my face when I asked for quotes and then gave me misleading information about the prices. On top of that, I was aggressively pushed to buy a policy when I clearly stated I was only comparing rates. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable.
