It was easy enough to make a booking with them, but when it came to the day he didn’t rock up at the time that was confirmed. I messaged him 2 minutes beforehand he tells me he’s going to be 15 minutes late that he’s on his way… at 9:20 he still hasn’t arrive and then tells me he’s going to be another 7 minutes. Like 0 accountability on his time management and how it’s wasting my time, the lying it’s what is infuriating because that’s not the way to run a business. Super amicable guy, managed to get a time for early next day the preceding evening, did his job well and fast, and was a pleasure to deal with.
