I hired this carpet cleaning company after noticing our light-coloured rug was starting to look dull and patchy, especially where our dog loves to nap. They were quick to respond and arrived on time. After a single deep clean, the texture and colour completely came back to life. The whole room feels brighter, and the rug looks showroom fresh. Absolutely worth it.
It was easy enough to make a booking with them, but when it came to the day he didn’t rock up at the time that was confirmed. I messaged him 2 minutes beforehand he tells me he’s going to be 15 minutes late that he’s on his way… at 9:20 he still hasn’t arrive and then tells me he’s going to be another 7 minutes. Like 0 accountability on his time management and how it’s wasting my time, the lying it’s what is infuriating because that’s not the way to run a business. Super amicable guy, managed to get a time for early next day the preceding evening, did his job well and fast, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Very professional and great service. Had really bad stains from my puppy on the carpet and I can’t even tell the stains were there!!
