Scheduled a date and time with Monica for them to look into a tunneling job. She texted me a couple of hours before the appointment time and I confirmed that all was ready for their inspection of the project. They were a no show. No call or contact from them. Inconvenienced our day and time. Horrible business ethics and practices. Preferred zero stars but had to give one for posting.

Kept telling me they would come out, and never did. Now they are ignoring my calls. Very unprofessional. Paid 300 for my own engineer and nothing happened. At a loss!!!!
