Super bummed to give such few stars. Lets start with Christina McPheeters ( my pcp) and her nurse are amazing!!!!!!! unfortunately, i had to get me and my son in for a sick visit with another doctor and it was HORRIBLE. She was very rude and condescending during our visit. Even my 13 yr old said " mom she was super rude to you." i felt like my concerns were not heard and felt brushed off by the provider. As others have written I love my doctor with this group but the groups practices stink!! I am sick with covid. I have all the symptons and the test shows positive. This began yesterday with what I thought was allergies. But got much worse overnight so I took the test today. I called the office to get a prescription for paxlovid (which as we know the earlier you start it the better it works) but my doctor won't be in for 4 more days so they don't if someone will write me a prescription. That staff is pushy because they have a quota to meet. You might get a few extra procedures done to you.. hope you have good insurance
