I called was placed on hold immediately, without ever speaking to anyone. Stayed on hold for 35 minutes. Nobody picked up. 4:30 came and I was immediately disconnected. Great service.
I called to get in to see the doctor or anyone because I was sick. I was told they couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks.... told them no thanks, by then I'd either be better or dead! Also, needed a letter for my employer from the doctor due within 20 days. I was told I had to go thru the patient portal, which I did. I sent the first request 3 weeks ago, got no response, not even acknowledgement they received my request. If i could 0 stars i would, so mad, been waiting since may for my appointment, had to cancel and reschedule but the day it was rescheduled too was confirmed until the morning of, they change the time from 9am to 1:30pm but they never tried to reach out saying that they left voicemails but thats not enough for busy people that dont check, i had planes for later in the day and had to reschedule once again to late September, staff was rude and seemed unprofessional and lazy, i do not recommend this place at all, all for a 15 mi... read more
I have always had excellent care here. After my long term nurse practitioner retired I was scared to go to someone else but nurse practitioner Hyde took my in and I love everything about her. She really listens to you and care about the best option need for you. We’re lucky to have such a care practitioner here! 🩶
I've been seeing NP Kathleen Hyde for several years and never had a bad experience with her. She makes me feel heard, involves me in making decisions about my health care, and remembers small details from previous appointments, not just about my health, but about my family too. The office staff is also always helpful and has mailed me a new referral after I lost the old one on more than one occasion without making me feel bad about it. I'm very thankful that I ended up being a patient at this practice!
