It all began with the very inept ambulance staff that did every thing in their power to convince my husband that he didn’t need to go to the hospital. They told him “drink some diluted Gatorade and go to your pcp or urgent care you really don’t need an ambulance.”He went to his pcp immediately after they left that morning, as the ambulance driver suggested Then the next day ended up in the ER at Calvert health . A doctor, while I was experiencing a severe gut reaction to an allergy that I have (with MCAS), left to take a call, came back around 20 minutes later, presumably heard what I said when she left from the women at the desk and laughed, and then came in to continue asking me what was happening. I really appreciate the help there. I also had another doctor who was extremely rude and dismissive. I do not know if it is every doctor here, but the doctors I have had are terrible at their jobs. Excellent level of care with great Doctors and Nurses. The level of care was great and had X-rays an CT scans with a comprehensive exam and support. Top rate Team - thank you everyone.
