Service sucks. Been here almost 3 hours and have only got my blood drawn. Ridiculous. They do not give two fish about anyone but themselves. Wrong line of business
If I could give zero stars I would. Writing this on behalf of my parents both over 65 who were seen here and treated very poorly by doctors and staff. I hope that these reviews prompt a change in the system. If given the choice, I would not go to this ER
A buddy of mine submitted a review and I guess they can take them down? Anyways he was working outside in this heatwave and chopped the tip of his finger off and through bone. Lost about a pint of blood and proceeded to pass out in the truck in the way to the hospital. He said his breathing slowed and all he could see was white for about 3 minutes. So he gets to the ER. We have been here 2 hours and no one is in waiting area. We were taken back to a room but have not seen doctor. My husband was taken back for a cat scan. This is absolutely ridiculous, nurse put iv in but it is not hooked up to anything. Doctor finally came in and asked if my husband would like a gastric cocktail for his discomfort or just to be sent home but results of test not back. I thought this hospital had changed for the better but can see this was a mistake to come here.
