They push you through with very little to no interaction with the doctor, but the front desk staff were completely oblivious to everything and rude. I was billed by them, I payed it, but they kept saying I hadn't paid. I called them multiple times and was treated extremely rudely. I sent them the voided check image 3 times proving I had paid before they removed it from my account. They were about to send me to collections for a $10 bill. I think they may do this on purpose to double bill, which is illegal.
