Audiologist Kerri Dakin is very professional, thorough and pleasant. She explained everything she was doing, the results, and what my options were very clearly and with no pressure to purchase. Haley at the front desk is equally pleasant and helpful. With their video otoscope, I got to see my own eardrums, which was really cool. I highly recommend Calvert Hearing Care.
Haley and Kerri are fantastic! They are so kind and gracious to everyone. They’ve got to have bad days but none of the patients ever sees it. Thank you both for all you do for us. I was missing a lot in conversations and when watching TV. After my hearing was tested, hearing aids were recommended. I was able to pay for them affordably over time using Care Credit. Now I hear so much better. I highly recommend Calvert Hearing Center if you are experiencing hearing loss.
