I had a. very thorough exam with Dr. Kendrick. I appreciated her explanations about each test. I would recommend Calvert Hearing .Brandy is great with scheduling appointments and answering your questions. You wouldn’t find a better hearing service.
Great customer service. Doctor was quick and to the point, but if you have any questions, he is happy to answer.
First rate patient care from Brandy at the front desk to Dr. Mainord who explained the process fully.
I’ve been going to Calvert Hearing for a bunch of years. My current aids are at least the third or fourth (maybe more) set of Oticon aids Dr. Mainord has fitted for me and I’ve worn each previous set completely out, so that’s long enough to have formed a reliable opinion of these guys. I consider Dr. Mainord a friend as well as my audiologist. And Brandi is always delightful and super helpful. I consider myself fortunate to be a part of the Calvert Hearing family.
