RecommendedThe staff at the Allen location are just beyond the nicest people. My mother recently passed, but was a patient and they were always so kind. The Dr. always took his time when seeing her and was extremely patient with her. Upon her passing I donated her new barely worn hearing aids through Calvert Hearing Care to help someone in need, and received the sweetest hand written sympathy note from their office. I have been client of Dr. Brent Joe for years and he is so amazing, he works with me knowing in my profession I don’t have a lot of time to make appointment for small things like having a dome stuck in my ear 😬 so I will run in with no appointment, he is a busy man but always makes time to attend to his patients. He is very kind and so knowledgeable about what he does and isn’t one of those Dr who push surgeries on you unless they are 100% necessary!
