I had an appointment yesterday with Calvert.Digestive. The entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. The doctor, nurses, anesthesiologist, tech and receptionist are awesome. They explained everything that was going to take place. This is definitely a five establishment. I will be returning in the future and recommending them to my family and friends.
This was for a colonoscopy, once I was in the doctor’s office every thing was very organized. They are very precise. They are a female team and from start to finish they made me comfortable through the whole procedure.
I had a colonoscopy 3 weeks ago. When the nurse put the IV in my hand the pain did not subside. When she asked I told her it still hurt. She did nothing. After the procedure my hand turned red..purple … . my vessels were collapsed and the injection site was painful. It took over a week for the discoloration to fade however the site where the needle went in is STILL painful.
I HIGHLY recommend this facility. I had an ALL WOMAN staff that assisted me w/ this procedure and all I can say was TOP NOTCH... PROFESSIONAL... & A1 BEDSIDE MANNERS... I felt very comfortable for a procedure that could be a little nervous. Dr. Rhodes-Heights and her assistants gave me the ROYAL treatment.... For that I give them KUDOS!!!
The best !!! The staff... very professional ..very courtesy. Explanation ...instructions was clear and easily understood.
