Staff all very friendly
If you have to get surgery, this is the place to go. The march in procedure is fairly simple, the admin staff are awesome. However, starve yourself for a couple of days prior to coming. The meals are bloody awesome, filling and frequent. It seemed every time I looked around, they were offering a cuppa, bickies or a meal. I reckon I put on a few kilos during my time in the ward. Just had day surgery, and couldn’t be happier. The staff are very professional and supportive, making the whole experience as enjoyable as possible. Great staff, from the surgical staff to the reception staff and everyone in between.
