I want to give a huge thankyou to all the staff at North Canberra who cared for me from the time I came to the Emergency Department on Tuesday 15/9 to my discharge four days later. I was on holiday from Melbourne with my family and it turned out that one of my coronary arteries was 95% blocked. Every staff member I met was caring and explained my situation in ways that didn't overwhelm me. Really not a fan of hospitals, but having had to go to the ER on Friday afternoon. Last week and spend 4 hours there, I’ve never experienced so many pleasant, helpful and kind people in a public hospital. Exceptional bedside manner, consultative and efficient.

Totally disgusting service from the front desk, refused to bring out a wheelchair to the disabled car park so had to push my father in law in his wheelchair Walker through a very difficult car park to attend an appointment in the Lewisham building. Horrible absolute no duty of care for vulnerable people. Would like to give them a zero rating...
