Nobody wants to be in the hospital unless they really have too. It amazes me, every time I am here, how everyone working from triage to discharge, dealt with, in my opinion some the most difficult individuals and situations, using everything available and delivering first class care, looking after physical, psychological and some times social needs in the ED. Our lives will never be the same without you ❤️❤️❤️🌻🌻🌻
I am a competitor in the Australian Masters Games. I went to this hospital's emergency department with a suspected broken finger. I cannot fault the care I received. They were wonderful, especially Charlotte the physio. Thanks to you all. Jane
Go anywhere else if you can. Ambulance staff were wonderful, they saw the car crash I was in, after I was handed over to the hospital it changed completely. I was treated awfully, denied pain management and when eventually discharged it was with complete lack of care/respect and given no details for follow up (which WAS needed). The conclusion of my official complaint was basically "Oh yeah we did treat you bad, whoops our bad, nothing we can do about it now"
