Not sure how this place has close to 500 five star ratings on health.usnews which made me set up an appointment as a new patient. Spoke to a staff member at the Sugar Creek location and immediately put the appointment in my phone calendar and my work calendar. Was pleasantly surprised they fit me in the same week but with a nurse practitioner as I was told Dr. Marfo doesn’t see patients that often. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. Calvary Medical Clinic is by far the WORST medical office I’ve ever dealt with. Let me be clear: Dr. Marfo is not the issue, shes actually decent. The real problem is the staff. The receptionist, the nurse, sooooo unprofessional. They’ve wasted my time on multiple occasions.
