If anyone wants to schedule with this practice, please DO NOT! I have gotten my physical done here twice so far. I haven't come in 2 years due to being busy. I had call multiple times in the past 2 months to get a copy of my medical records. No one ever called me back. I went in today in person to ask for it around 2:05pm.
