Easy admission, on time procedure, nursing staff were excellent
I had the most amazing experience, from the second I walked in I was greeted with a genuine smile. I’m actually blown away by the kindness of all the staff, from Admin to all the amazing nurses, the anaesthesiologist and the surgeon. I’m very grateful for how smooth the entire process was. Thank you all so very much

DO NOT HAVE DAY SURGERY HERE. They make you change into a gown then wait in a freezing waiting room. 2 hours for me. Recovery was great, however, wherever they took me after that, a nurse said there's your water and dumped my belongings on my feet. No help, no food. Told me my husband had been called, they hadn't called him. 45 minutes of the kid next to me watching TV on full volume, alarms going off, everyone talking at the top of their voices I was crying and shaking from the noise and no food.
