My mum and I have had a very good experience with Calvary as her HCP provider. Case Managers are extremely important in helping us navigate the agreements and funding levels. Our current Case Manager is amazing and has been especially supportive, making us aware of the services available for our funding level and implementing the help my mum needs after a couple of hospital admissions. I have been very happy with Calvary and our Case Manager and the team. Thank you all.
Horrible service, call up and ask about a job application status...which the lady knew nothing about and wouldn't transfer me to recruitment or someone that deals with the career side of things. Just said you'll have to wait for them to contact you. She wasn't friendly at all. Just told me that and hung up the phone as soon as she said thanks bye. I didn't even get a chance to say thanks...or ask any questions I had!! I applied for another position 3 months ago but they didn't get back about that one as well.
I would rate no stars if I could. Mums case manager has been anything but helpful. She does not communicate well with my sister and I. We are always the ones chasing up Case Manager for information. Can never get hold of her by mobile phone. If you do she’s always about to go into a meeting. When she rings back, she lets it ring once then blames you missing her call. I would suggest a performance management meeting is in order asap. Mum has over 4K in support owing to her but not one person has bothered to mention or ask how... read more
