Unsatisfactory. They do not care about their clients or staff. I am really disgusted with them. How dare they send me a male carer for personal care without my consent and doubled booked carers. I could write more but I won't.
They don't care about the people only the money I'm not lying my grandmother has been "taken care of" by the carers but they don't help with anyone's needs I am so mad at how they treat old people and their families it's so sick that people like this are getting hired
