My mum stayed at Chiara for 5 weeks while I went overseas. The staff were absolutely wonderful, caring and attentive to each respite residents’ individual needs. Food was excellent and freshly cooked, washing was done for each person which meant I didn’t have to arrange for someone to call in and collect washing. It is a “cottage” so small (only has about 4 clients at a time) and very homely! I will leave my mum there again with full confidence and peace of mind.

My brother loves going to Calvary respite. He loves the enter action with the other clients. He loves the staff. They all treat him with the highest respect and are lovely to him. He classes it as his other home As a carer nothing is a trouble with the staff . They are all wonderful people. Thank you for giving the kindness and helpful my brother . We really appreciate you all.

My mother has stayed here twice. She is 83 and I do not believe they are well set up for people in her age group . She had to bring her own 'over toilet seat’ for their toilet and the hand-rails have been installed at a bad angle, making it hard to get up. The fee they charge her Aged Care Package is $547 per night. As a tax payer, I am appalled at this. I cannot recommend them and will be looking for somewhere else for my mum next time.
