Great place, nice people but I've been trying to visit my mom's urn resting place on the weekends. I work in Monterey and the weekends are my only free time besides when a holiday comes. I have to request leave during the work week as my only option now. Please put the schedule correctly for families whos loved one's urn rests in a locked building so we can plan accordingly. Mario is very thorough in explaining details. Thanks to the crew who took good care of the remains of my family.
The staff are very friendly and the lawn area are always kept clean. A mass is held every Saturday.
I would leave zero stars if I could, speechless and in tears. They did not provide my mother a space for flowers when I went to check on my vase it was removed and no where to be found! I can’t even grieve during Mother’s Day. They have no compassion and have no care to correct their mistakes. They said I should have looked at pre approved list and will consult with staff where my vase is while the gift I left my mother is ruined. Be carfeful with the items you leave your loved one’s 😭
