The doctor was chatting in the staff room for the whole time. My appointment was at 12.30 but I had to wait till 1 pm and there was no patient before me. I told the receptionist that I had to go back to work and she said she would leave the doctor a note but obviously she didn't. The two receptionists were just chatting and checking some paperwork. I felt totally ignored. Very unpleasant experience

Mary Carse calls herself a psychologist but I got nothing but cold shoulder and blame for missing appointments when I was in severe psychosis thus causing memory loss plus she moved location. Her treatment was to cut treatment if I'm so far gone I can't keep up with appointment times (3 appointments missed after 9 month wait list and 10 or so sessions) After seeking public care for 14 years I've made most progress by not listening to these quakes who don't know what they doing half the time especially if you're a man it seem... read more
