My appointment was at 12.30 but I had to wait till 1 pm and there was no patient in front of me. The doctor was chatting in the staff room for the whole time. I told the receptionist that I had to go back to work and she said she would leave the doctor a note but obviously she didn't. The two receptionists were just chatting and checking some paperwork. I felt totally ignored. Very unpleasant experience
Mary Carse calls herself a psychologist but I got nothing but cold shoulder and blame for missing appointments when I was in severe psychosis thus causing memory loss plus she moved location. Her treatment was to cut treatment if I'm so far gone I can't keep up with appointment times (3 appointments missed after 9 month wait list and 10 or so sessions) After seeking public care for 14 years I've made most progress by not listening to these quakes who don't know what they doing half the time especially if you're a man it seem... read more
One particular reception staff member is extremely rude. At my last visit I heard her call a parent 'deceitful' for taking both of his children into the paediatrician appointment despite the doctor themselves requesting it. The whole waiting room was also treated to a phone call in which she berated a pharmacist, confidential patient details and all. She always speaks (yells) top-note which makes it extremely awkward and uncomfortable for patients awaiting their appointment. They would do well to get rid of her and get someo... read more
My partner saw a great specialist here, but reception staff member was extremely condescending and rude. Patients who are sick and seeking treatment should be treated with care and understanding from all staff working at the clinic.
