The clinic is great but absolutely shocking parking problems. Good luck finding a park anywhere around this clinic or the hospital in general. Add another 30 minutes at least before your appointment and hope you see someone leaving. The ACT government really must address this unacceptable issue ASAP.

The doctor was chatting in the staff room for the whole time. My appointment was at 12.30 but I had to wait till 1 pm and there was no patient before me. I told the receptionist that I had to go back to work and she said she would leave the doctor a note but obviously she didn't. The two receptionists were just chatting and checking some paperwork. I felt totally ignored. Very unpleasant experience
