Would not recommend for high care residents. Residents with incontinence, are left soiled for hours and are only changed when toilet visits are scheduled. Hygiene is terrible, with showers being literally a hose down. 90% of the so called "Carer's" are lazy & incompetent. This facility seems to be run around the Carer's breaks, not the Residents needs. Do not place your loved one's in this facility!

I have been a resident here at Carrum Downs for 2 years. I met my sister from a different mister Heather here. From not long after I got here we became bff. Heather unfortunately passed away last Thursday night. I was privileged to be with her at the end.she went very peacefully. The staff here knowing how close we are even with her passing have been soooo kind loving ❤️ and caring towards me. I have received so many cuddles, kisses 💋 and expressions of sympathy for my loss that it has made it so much easier for me to cope ... read more
