So the coffee is good however $69 for a pound of Kona coffee? Again $69 for a pound of Kona coffee!?! I’m sorry that is an insane price. I can get a 2.5 pound bag of Starbucks at Sam’s for under $25. I’d suggest checking your pricing.

5 stars to the beverages they serve & the younger staff. But the 1 star is for the woman with bad teeth 😬 and even worse customer service. Yes, I have a complex order, but if doing your job frustrates you then maybe you're in the wrong field? If I want pour over i might as well do that at home. I've noticed staff watch all of the business their neighbor gets at the Vietnamese Restaurant...what's their secret: they treat everyone with respect and know what good customer service is
