my dog need emergency surgery for a intestinal blockage which turned out to be a Mango seed and we were sent here by my Veterinarian. I wasn't able to physically go inside which was difficult. Communication is almost non existent I felt like I was constantly begging for any news. Did I get calls Yes but twice a day 12 hours apart is difficult. They need to have 1 dedicated employee give updates especially when you spend $7000
Don't take your pet to Calusa Animal Hospital off Clint Moore and Congress in Boca. We took our friend's dog here at 12 PM for a gash below her eye. After 3 attempted calls for an update, no return calls, at 7pm we showed up and they still hadn't done anything. They also didn't have him sign any sort of an estimate for any test they were doing. All they did was apologize because they had other emergencies. They should have at least called to say that so we could pick her up and get her the help she needed. Save your time, mo... read more
