Worst place, stay away. Misdiagnosed and overcharged dog several years ago. Recently, cat had urinary issues we now know and they diagnosed at $1200. Ended up I west palm emergency center and now in renal failure as calusa wanted another $3800 and asked what our budget was. This was a two hour process of them asking the manager while the cat was blocked with urine, we now know for several weeks. No thoughts or suggestions to give a price to cathetorize him to release the urine. Apparently, it’s about profit and not about the... read more

They beat the piss out of my cat trying to get blood from her. Handed her back to me covered in blood, piss and poop. Terrible group of people.

They may treat dogs well, but they don't treat humans well. They lack coordination. They also provided me with the incorrect dosage of Vetoryl. I paid for 30mg, but they gave me a box of 5mg. The manufacturer imprint says 5mg on the box. Someone at the clinic wrote 5mg in Sharpie on the side of the box. But the Rx sticker on top says 30mg. When I called to point this out, they doubted that I could read 5mg and hung up on me. Avoid at all costs!

We have a puppy husky who got a round bone stuck over her back teeth. She was wailing in pain. We brought her here and they got the bone off in less than 1 minute. She came out smiling and unscathed and the sweet vet didn’t even charge us. Just gave me a hug and sent us on our way. Thank you so much

I wish I could give 0 stars. If your pet is having an emergency, even if the next ER vet may be further away GO THERE! It could save your pets life. I noticed my dog was acting off, so as soon as I could I rushed her to the nearest ER vet as it was just after hours and my own vet was closed. This was my first mistake, coming to Calusa. They took us in right away and put us in a room. They took my dog back and a vet tech came and asked some questions. I sat and waited about an hour for them to come and discuss with me what wa... read more
