I'm torn on this review because while the final product looks good and the company brought my vision to life, the process was incredibly frustrating. I'm happy with how the new kitchen turned out, but the project management and execution were severely lacking. Throughout the project, I felt like I had to "babysit" the contractors. There were constant miscommunications between the office staff and the on-site crew, leading to a lot of scheduling issues. Calusa Kitchen and Bath did a complete renovation and re-design of our 20+ year old bath. It was easy to communicate and work with the construction team who did a beautiful job making our new bath modern and up to date. They completed the job in a timely manner and were respectful of our property. I would certainly use them again for future projects.
We did a total kitchen remodel/renovation and after getting three different quotes I knew Calusa was the best-- others would tell me what I wanted to hear both in terms of "what was possible" with design and also with price. Austin was practical and realistic in expectation setting, and helped me make trade-off choices to maximize the bang for my buck.
